Job Description

Looking for a system analyst to implement and improve our IT systems. You will analyze system requirements , support, maintain, and manage IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery. You will ?provide advanced technical support for desktop, server, and networking issues. Need to ensure all IT services are properly maintained and upgraded, including anti-virus,firewalls, backups, imaging, and patching. You will ?provide subject matter expertise for both hardware and software.

  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
  • Designing new computer systems and frameworks
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Handling hardware issues including Performance issues in PC/ laptops, Printer issues, LAN issues , Internet connectivity issues etc
