Responsible for managing the technical delivery of major/complex projects within the field of application, software and hardware.
Assist in compiling and finalizing of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Provide 2nd line technical support for issues surrounding IT products.
Participate actively in building the team Knowledge base, and ensure Knowledge base and knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice.
Follow up with development team (L3) to have permanent issue fixes.
Plan, build and manage automation and scripts.
Analyze, define and document system requirements for data, workflow, processes, hardware & operating system environment and interfaces with other systems
