Major Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to develop accurate SC Planning /Sheet. Balance supply and demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and secure reliable sources of supply. Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and customer demands while minimizing holding costs. Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, reorder points, and stock movement. Coordinate with DC and manage the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs while maintaining service quality. Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries. Collaborate with Brand, Franchisee and operations teams to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly. Analyze historical data, market trends, and seasonal variations to develop accurate demand forecasts. Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and trade laws. Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain. Provide regular updates and reports on supply chain performance and key metrics.
