Description - ExternalSkillset:Comply with HSSE policy, procedures, and legislation performance of duties.Implement health and safety procedures. Operate tools, equipment, and machinery as per safetyprocedures.Acquire and maintain incoming materials documentation including shipping documents, test certificates,inspection release note, MSDS, etc.?Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or areas.Perform stocking activities including handling, checking, unpacking, segregating, storing, labeling,tagging, tracking, and distributing supplies, equipment, and surplus while maintaining appropriatedocumentation records.Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to assigned inventory location as perestablished warehouse and laydown area layout, and ensure that all materials are properly tagged withpart number, Heat number, and PO number.Maintain the records and stores area of the warehouse, in a neat and orderly mannerConduct daily housekeeping on warehouses and surrounding open storage lay down yard for safe andgood work condition.Perform minimum and general preservation requirements for any material on site.( Example: small sizedmaterials that might not be recognized shall be placed nearby the warehouse to prevent material losssuch as valves, Keeping pipe ends closed in the laydown area..)Arrange to ship rejected and/or damaged materials back to vendors as appropriate.Shift requested material from storage area to Construction Team, as per MIV, and maintain records of alldeliveries.Perform any related duties as assigned by supervisor or Material Manager.Supervise, and train employees assigned to the warehouse.Qualification:Bachelors degree or Diploma in science/engineering.Experience Level:Minimum experience of 2-4 years preferably with EPC, Oil & Gas industry. A certificate in materials management is preferred. Should be computer literate.Additional Information
