Lead the requirements gathering sessions with business users.
Understand the current business processes, and work with the business users to identify opportunities for business process improvement.
Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business users.
Translate the business requirements to specific software requirements and communicate them to the technical team for development.
Work with the Project Manager to monitor project progress and to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Act as an interface between the business users and technical and support teams.
Assist in the creation of test scenarios, test scripts and test data.
Work with the business users to validate that the developed software meets the business requirements.
