ITI or equivalent Diploma.? Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Civil/Structural design.? Minimum of 5 years experience with 3D drawing systems (e.g. PDMS) and Autocad.Principal Accountabilities:? Works closely with discipline project engineers/designers and other disciplineengineers in the delivery of 2D/3D deliverables with quality control and assurance.? Develop designs in PDMS and 2D drawings in electronic format (AutoCad).? Follow/ensure Quality Management System Requirements are met in line with ISO9001-2015.? Implement hand marked-up changes to drawings as per checking and approvalprocedure (checkprints).? Develop and maintain standard drawing templates.? Maintain and monitor drawing development progress.? Meet project commitments and deliver to schedule.? Identify opportunities & implement standardization to reduce cycle time & cost.? Plans and supports the development of graduate designers.? Learn and drive implementation from functional engineering design issues byrecommending practical approaches/solutions to the issue. Challenges:? Manage variations in workload, whilst always producing high quality deliverables.? Manage repetitive changes by other disciplines while achieving the agreed deliverydeadline. ? Manage client/other disciplines requirements by maintaining standardization stands.? Be a team player where recognition of team performance as a whole is a greaterpriority than projecting individual contribution.? Work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams, peers, stakeholders andcustomers.?
