Job Title Senior Accountant Educational Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in any discipline preferably in Finance/Accounting, Skills/Knowledge * Knowledge in ERP Applications Knowledge in financial Concepts Experience Required As stated in JD Job Location Muscat - Oman To provide administrative support by processing various kinds of supplier invoices related to Aircraft Engineering and Line Maintenance, liaising with other Engineering Sections to clarify and obtain the necessary information to ensure correctness of the entries being made in ERP and AMOS System. Respond to Airlines on queries related to Engineering charge notes and raise necessary correction entries in ERP System. The preparation of Monthly Closing activities relating to the department. * Receive all supplier invoices for Engineering Departments and account in AMOS and/or ERP System* Liaise with other User Departments within Engineering to verify the transactions for missing / incomplete information* Liaise with suppliers to assist and solve queries pertaining to statement of accounts* Validation of Charge Notes and raising of Invoices to third parties for Engineering Handling Services rendered* Communicating with third parties on queries relating to Charge Notes by coordinating with the operations team as necessary* Preparation of Monthly JVs relating to Engineering Division and relevant reconciliations Monthly Fixed Asset Capitalization
