Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.Develop new customers and identify new business opportunities.Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets.Promote company products and introduce new product launches.Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing departments.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular visits to existing customers.Ensure customer satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.Monitor customer stock levels and suggest replenishment orders.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions.Product Knowledge & PromotionDevelop a thorough understanding of the company?s products.Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.Stay updated on new products and competitor activities.Order Processing & Delivery SupportCollect orders and coordinate with the office for timely fulfillment.Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule.Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.Assist with stock movement and delivery activities when required.Support collections and documentation related to customer accounts.Territory ManagementManage and develop an assigned sales territory.Plan daily and weekly customer visit schedules.Ensure adequate market coverage across assigned areas.Identify inactive accounts and reactivate business relationships.Maintain territory reports and sales activity records.MandatoryValid Oman driving licence.Willingness to travel extensively throughout Oman.Previous sales experience (preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or distribution).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business).PreferredExperience dealing with pharmacies, hospitals, or clinics.Arabic speaking ability (advantage but not mandatory).Knowledge of the Oman healthcare market.
