Experience is Sales of Surgical Equipments and Consumable
Manage assigned Sales & Service responsibilities, in office and at Customer sites, to ensure meeting revenue and Margins objectives, in line with company plan.
Ensure an effective understanding and use of Sales and Service Reporting tools and communication with Principals and Management.
Maintain optimal medical knowledge and use approved marketing materials to promote the company and its products.
Act as a team-player and contribute with ideas and actions to ensure collective success.
Establish presence in the market for all healthcare related sectors i.e. MedTech devices and equipment, medical furniture, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals.
Ensure follow up and timely collections of payments.
Contribute towards own performance by identifying personal development opportunities with Line Manager.
Ensure participation at local Customer Exhibitions and workshops, to grow the company product range.
Professional interactions with Principals, to ensure prompt communication relating to Sales/ Service and Application support.
Must maintain High ethical personal standards, at all times.
