Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) and Food & Beverage industries. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales representatives.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA and Food & Beverage industries.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA or Food & Beverage industries.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Flexibility to travel within Oman and occasionally internationally.
