KEY ACCOUNTABILITES.

Achieve sales & product mix target within defined area and customer platform
Onsite sales / pull out test
Selling fischer products and services to contractors in any of the following trades ? /Steel & Metal/Fa?ade/Interior finishing/Oil & Gas Industries.
Meeting Customers alongwith Technical Manager
Develop new accounts/Customers & build a high level long term relationship with decision makers within the industry.
Meeting with technical Managers on site (Purchase, project, Quality Control etc)
Introduction of new products
Provide technical support and product demonstration at site.
Timely reporting on daily call plan / report, weekly/monthly business plans & key jobsites/project reports.?

OTHERS

Attend training program as assigned periodically to upgrade & develop product knowledge / skills
Identify new business opportunities during site visits.
Update on the competition in Market
Submittals to the client and follow ups.
Seminars to the customers
Visits existing / potential customers for rapport building
