The hotel will also benefit from five food and beverage outlets, with majority offering outdoor seating overlooking the invigorating wetland.Compile & distribute daily, weekly & monthly reports (Daily reservations, Daily/Monthly Pace by outlet, Situation vs FC/BUD, Weekly Channels/OTA reports, Monthly promotion reviews, etc) to partners and leadership as required Measures results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to define trends within the line of business and evaluates the impact of potential business opportunities. Participates in by-weekly/monthly forecast meetings. Monthly in-deep Competition reviews (OTAs, new promotions, pricing changes, distribution). Identifies risks and opportunities on a short and long term basis and put forward a first draft plan and ideas to the Revenue, Commercial, Marketing leaders to minimize/optimize these.Preferred Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly explain complex issues Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding the business impact Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and an inquisitiveness to determine explanations, with an ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story/recommendation
