Different marketing functions for real estate, construction owned or operated by the company.
Registering new leases at Muscat Municipality and renewals.
Follow-up and care to hire new or vacant units as soon as they are free.
Follow-up with periodic & when needed maintenance of residential buildings and commercial units owned or managed by the companies.
Undertake visits of various government institutions and private sector institutions to perform job-related tasks and duties as assigned
The follow-up and coordination with the companys lawyer in any real estate or business legal claims related to the company or its board of directors and to attend court hearings in different levels whenever required.
