QHSE CoordinatorResponsibilities:Performs employee trainings on the QHSE management systems including the QHSE Policy and objectives.Controlling electronic and paper copies of Ulterra s controlled documentation (manual, procedures, work instructions, forms).Ensuring proper records are retained at the facility location.Identify new risks and opportunities for improvement.Assist Regional QHSE Manager with any supplier/contractor evaluation activities.Perform receiving inspection of items purchased from outsourced suppliers.Perform product Final Inspection and NDT on new and repaired products.Assist the Facility Manager with performing storage assessments.Ensures the calibration of testing, monitoring, and measuring equipment is maintained at the facility location.Controls any non-conforming products at the facility. This includes documentation of non-conformance reports (NCR).Assists the Regional QHSE Manager with any Change Management activities.Assists with data analysis reporting as required by the Regional QHSE Manager.Assists with any improvement actions needed at the facility.Conducts safety meetings and briefings, as needed.Perform operational and safety inspections.Documents and assists in any HSE incident investigations.Ensure near misses and potential risks are reported and documented.Other responsibilities, as required.Requirements:2+ years experience in a QHSE related field.Must be able to read and interpret product requirements on engineering drawings, specifications, etc.Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Office programs and cloud-based software.Must be able to learn and use hand inspection tools. Including OD ring gauges, thread lead and profile gauges, calipers, steel rulers, and tape measures.Must be detail oriented.Must have good record keeping skills on written and electronic documentation.Must have good physical ability, finger dexterity, and visual acuity (must pass Jaeger J2 eye testing with or without corrective lenses).Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, and walk.Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Must follow Ulterra safety and company policies.Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
