The role/task is primarily responsible for acting as a lead person in coordinating with variousstakeholders (internal and external) for the successful launch, progress and satisfactorycompletion of various projects in the Enterprise.Responsibilities1. Project Master Program and periodic (monthly and weekly) tracker towards Project Reviewand Updates2. Design Management ? follow up with the developer to ensure that the architects arecomplying with the agreed deliverables3. Construction Management - follow up with the contractor, attend site meetings duringconstruction to ensure all stakeholders are delivering their tasks on a budget (costconsultant, supervision consultant, contractors etc.)4. Project Commissioning: coordination with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensureproject commissioning is smooth5. Post Contract Tasks: ensure a smooth handover from the contractor to the facilitiesmanagement team and all issues are completed during the Defects Liability Period.6. Asset Management & Procurement (In case of managing internally)a. Procurement: to assist Assets & Procurement team to pre-qualify local suppliersand prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with selected price andquality/technical specifications at a later stage. Ensure the supplies are allocatedand delivered correctly and that proper records are maintainedb. Facilities Services: monitor the operation of the site including site offices andancillary areas logistics of supplies, security, cleaning, deliveries etc.
