Project Lead - HVACR* To manage end-end-to-end and execute projects independently involving design, planning, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC&R System and other Systems (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers with AHUs, FCUs, VRV / VRF, Refrigeration Racks, etc.), as assigned.* To make techno-commercial comparison of all HVAC components and contracted components, prepare MAS, liaise with consultants, end- users and contractors for timely approval.* To review designs for correctness, plan and order all supplies and site activities for effective utilization of resources, for timely completion and delivering committed profitability.* To handle pre-commissioning checks and start-up of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment as per regional standards and get Consultant / Client approval.* Planning, ordering and meeting site requirements, with close coordination with Principal, suppliers & local vendors for execution of job as per timeline.* To lead team of Engineers, Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labor?s to complete assigned scope.* Execution of job with desired quality, safety and comply with HSSE requirements.* Should be able to maintain a close business relationship with consultants, end users and contractors for execution of the project in a timely and profitable manner.* To ensure generation of visit report / work completion report / other documentation and ensure job closure.* Trouble shooting of HVAC&R System / Equipment?s and other System / Equipment?s as required.* Working knowledge on Chilled Water, VRV, DX, Systems.* Knowledge on Refrigeration Rack System.* Excellent project management skills.* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.* Ability to use MS office & Planning Software?s.* Lead generation.* To ensure planned revenue, operating profits and payment collection, as per business plan.* Cash flow management.* Cost control and optimization.* Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures.* Internal and external customer service satisfaction.* Strong negotiation skills* Should have good understanding and hold of contractual matters and be able to independently handle and lead taking up contractual matters on a timely basis.Skills* BE with 12 ? 15 years of relevant experience of having worked for leading HVAC contracting companies* Experience as detailed in Job description above Job Location Muscat, Oman Job Role Management Years of Experience Min: 12Job Role:ManagementJob Role:ManagementExperience:10 - 15 Years of ExperienceExperience:10 - 15 Years of ExperienceJob Role:ManagementJob Role:ManagementJob Role:ManagementExperience:10 - 15 Years of ExperienceExperience:10 - 15 Years of ExperienceJob Role:ManagementJob Role:ManagementJob Role:Management
