In this role you will be responsible for overall RM, FG planning and controlling the Inventory and act as an interface between Production, CCD and Warehouse house operation.Here?s some of the other things you can look forward to:Monitoring and maintaining optimum inventory level.Looking into RMs and FGs provision stock and taking corrective actions.Coordinating with regional demand team for the forecast and circulating the details to local team.Preparing daily, monthly reports, stock analysis etc.Review planned order details in Master planning and firm the order with associates for replenishment of the FG items on daily basis, maintain MSL levels, placing PO with associates.Ensuring timely availability of FGs and completions of jobs ( reply to CCD/sales query).Review daily production plan and coordinate with Production supervisor.Review the OTIF & action plans to improve OTIF.Daily, weekly meeting with Production, P Lab, WH on Production volume, sales volume, unhealthy inventory control, OTIF improvement.Monthly meeting with CCD/Commercial team for the forecast accuracy, unhealthy stock reduction, OTIF details.Working on both ERP system.Prepares the discrepancy for the monthly write-off.Works in line with the service level agreements with Sales and provide the best possible service level.Planning and execution of annual Stock taking.Adheres to company policies and ISO procedures.Follow e-Convention, QMS, EMS & OHSAS management systems, as appropriate.Follow best health and safety policies and practices as directed by Superiors and management systems.
