Job Description

Company Profile:One of the leading healthcare solution providers in Oman.We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive having varied experience in Pharma Inventory Management, GDP Should have a pharmacist license with MOH.

  • To implement a quality management system and maintain it, #focusing, providing management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records.
  • Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products,
  • Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively.
  • Ensuring that suppliers and customers are approved.
  • Ensuring self-inspections at appropriate regular intervals and corrective measures put in place.
  • Keeping appropriate records.
  • Deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products.
  • Approving any returns to saleable stock.
  • Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to.
  • Order execution, price negotiations with principals & customers, monitor deliveries of orders, coordinate internal processes and commercial activities.
  • To have a good business relationship with principals & customers.
  • To identify new business opportunities from detailed market mapping on market size, share.
  • To have information about competitor activities & prices.
  • Providing technical assistance with respect to medicine handling & transportation.
  • To control inventory levels to minimize the investment cost and expires.
  • Registration of Pharma & Health cares products with the Ministry of Health by coordinating with principals.
