Job Description

To provide a range of support functions in IBM ESB, Broker, BPM &? MNP including system health check, system Support & maintenance ,supporting system users & functions, insuring data back-up and recovery, documentation, daily systems support and monitoring to meet departmental goals in line with Companies policies and procedures. To perform the level 2 of support for the IBM ESB , Broker, BPM & MNP Applications & systems.

  • ESB/Broker/BPM/MNP systems Support , monitoring, integrations and changes implementations
  • Providing system administration and maintenance .
  • Solving tickets raised in UTT systems
  • Implementing changes raised in change management system
  • Responding and attending incidents / calls
  • Attending UAT?s SIT?s when required
  • Maintaining Users authority
  • Implementing and providing systems status Reports
  • Follow up with customers/users complains.
  • Coordinate with the infrastructure & OS team for security updates, patches and sizing of the apps
  • Providing Technical support
  • Responsible for incidents closures and resolutions.
  • Proactive monitoring of the systems
  • Responsible for upgrades & updates of the systems
  • Performs other technical duties as required.
