Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage all post-tender commercial activities for MEP projects.Review contract documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.Prepare and evaluate subcontract agreements and work orders.Measure and certify subcontractor progress payments.Prepare and submit variation orders (VOs), extension of time (EOT) cost claims, and additional work valuations.Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and cash flow.Maintain records of purchase orders, work orders, and cost reports.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams.Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates.Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations.Prepare and finalize project accounts and commercial close-out documentation.Attend commercial meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Minimum 5?8 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in post-tender/project execution.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
