Bymentioning liability claims, policies such as Commercial General Liability, Product Liability, Professional Indemnity,D&O liability, POSI, Fidelity Guarantee, Public Liability, Media Liability, etc stand covered. This profile has to handleregistration of the claims, communicating in a timely manner with the insured about various requirements and sharing relevant information, interacting with legal counsel on various aspects of the claim, recommend suitable actionto be taken to the reporting chain of command and follow through with concluding the processing of claims reported.
This profile is further expected to manage a team handling EW - white goods insurance claims and own the deliverprocess along with timeline commitments.
This profile will also be responsible for designing & drawing up process documents, ensuring that existing processdocuments are up-to-date and design compliance measurement metrics and methodology.
Responsibility of monitoring performance metrics and highlighting exceptions to the management will also be oneof the responsibilities.
Conducting technical audit of the claims files, reporting exceptions and following up on corrective and preventiveactions needs to be done by this profile.
Review and verify data, such as age, name, address, and principal sum and value of property on insurance applications and policies.
