Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Review financial statements, audit documentation, and workpapers to ensure compliance with IFRS, professional standards, and local regulatory requirements.Identify accounting, reporting, and risk-related issues, and provide practical recommendations to clients.Develop and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business developments and cross-selling initiatives.Provide value-added insights to enhance governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate audit team members, ensuring high-quality engagement execution and professional development.Assist clients with regulatory compliance matters and manage diversified client portfolios across multiple industries.Desired Candidate ProfileCA/ACCA/CPA or an equivalent professional qualification.6+ Years of experience in External Audit and Assurance services.Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and financial reporting requirements.Proven experience in managing audit engagements and supervising audit teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Oman Corporate Tax and VAT regulations is an added advantage.
