WE ARE HIRING: Deputy Legal Manager ???We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Deputy Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support and oversee compliance operations for a leading organization in Oman!If you bring a strong corporate law background, expertise in contract drafting and vetting, and a proactive approach to risk management, we want to hear from you.? Location: Oman? Department: Legal & Compliance? Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred? What You?ll DoContract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial, vendor, facility, and operational agreements to mitigate risk.Legal Advisory & Governance: Advise management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters while implementing governance policies and compliance frameworks.Dispute & Litigation Oversight: Coordinate with external legal counsel on notices, contractual disputes, and regulatory matters.Regulatory Compliance: Interpret applicable laws, monitor regulatory developments, support licensing/accreditation, and manage organizational risk.Desired Candidate Profile? Who We?re Looking ForQualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required; Company Secretary (CS) qualification highly preferred.Experience: Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience in corporate legal affairs and contract management.Industry Advantage: Prior experience within a corporate, hospital, healthcare, or highly regulated environment is an added advantage.Demographics & Age: Male candidates up to 40 years of age.Core Competencies: Expertise in contract drafting/vetting, labor law, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
