Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in the oil and gas/petroleum industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime, optimizing maintenance processes, and supporting overall operational performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and safety requirements.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance, and generate reports on maintenance activities and metrics.
  • Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, operational needs, and available resources, and adjust schedules as required to address emerging issues and changing priorities.
  • Monitor and review maintenance performance data, including equipment uptime, downtime, and maintenance costs, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
