PhazeRo seeks an expert machine learning engineer who is a highly experienced programmer capable of researching, generating, and analyzing large quantities of data to develop AI systems that can learn and predict.Responsibilities+ Research, implement and experiment with appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools. + Find or generate appropriate datasets for training purposes + Perform statistical analysis and fine-tune models using test results. + Train and retrain ML systems and models as needed, for better reproducibility by versioning models and data. + Explore and visualize data to identify differences in data distribution that could impact the performance of a model when applied in real-world scenarios. + Enhance and extend current machine learning frameworks and libraries. + Deploy an ML model to a production system, either static or dynamic deployment, and continuously improving by addressing concept drift, and data drift.Skills+ Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.+ Working experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, etc. + Working experience with various ML libraries and packages like Scikit learn, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc. + Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.+ Ability to write robust code in Python, R, and SQL.+ Familiar with open-source tools such as Data Version Control (DVC) and Continuous Machine Learning (CML) to add version control to the components of machine learning systems. + Familiar with Kafka, Logstash.+ Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes.+ Familiar with Git and using version control in collaborative team.+ BSc in Computer Science, mathematics or similar field; + Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
