1.?Administer, direct, o-ordinate, control Engineering Line Maintenance, and technical ramp and Third Party Tech Support maintenance services at Muscat International Airport.2.?Ensure and responsible for adequate provision of Qualified skilled technical staff to the customer airlines as per contractual obligations.3.?Ensure and arrange for proper documentation of L/M Technical services to the customers, to enter A/C movement sheet records in ENLM system on a daily basis.4.?Maintain and responsible for L/M ground equipment?s serviceability records and liaise with GSE workshop with regards to repairs/services carried out on L/M equipment?s /Third Party Support.5.?Responsible for preparing shift roster allocation on a daily basis.6.?Responsible for planning shift staff leave, welfare, social improvement, Report and arrange for improvement of services for the customer airlines.7.?Plan for the L/M staff improvement of technical capabilities in liaison with Manager Basic Handling.8.?Implement and Maintain discipline awareness among the staff, ensure good house keeping, L/M parking area, A/C support equipment?s area to be neat and tidy.9.?Arrange and plan for quality Omanisation in Third Party tech support section.10.?Maintain & follow up all incidents, accidents, delay occurrences in third party tech support section along with their remedial action.11.?Ensure & maintain third party tech support ground support equipment monthly follows up service plan issued by GSEW.12.?Arrange equipment/vehicles refueling on daily basis and enter records on DGCA uplift form, ensure control of refueling cards.13.?Ensure all A/C support equipments are always in serviceable condition.14.?Ensure & maintain manpower levels to acceptable limits.15.?Ensure/inspect and maintain complete list of updated records of technician?s toolbox lists with ref to EPM tool control procedures.16.?Ensure strict control of overtime of the section for corrective and cost preventative results.17.?Arrange /ensure for Seeb North operations as required.18.?Report all matters to Manager basic Handling.
