When required, to accompany guests on land tours and provide assistance and communicate and manage guests expectations.?
Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.?
Act as a spokesperson for the organization at Muscat Bay.
Respond to bookings and pricing inquiries, and supply information and quotes.??
Respond to guests questions about bookings, amendments, and cancellations.??
Follow up with guests after the trip to increase the number of positive feedbacks and ensure and concerns are eliminated from future bookings.?
