Job Description

They should be comfortable evaluating the communication process and work to critique and improve its outcomes. They must be willing to work with a Startup in challenging environments with a passion to deliver great results.

  • Develop, and maintain thorough understanding of the product offerings and research consumer needs, and identify how our products can meet them.
  • Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
  • Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
  • Responsible for achieving planned sales of channel
  • Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of Pan India within budgeted costs
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Companys products
  • Provide input in the generation of the SKUs intake/sales forecast
  • Working as part of a Key Account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans
