Role & Responsibilities: ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDetailed knowledge and ability to operate Project Planning packages.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide planning assistance to the Senior Project Planning service forÿnominated project including:ÿEngage with the leads/managers of engineering, procurement and construction.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿObtainÿdeliverables based schedules and integrate them with the Project Schedule.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist with review all appropriate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and siteÿconstruction levelúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide planning assistance in the development of project specification.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in the collation of data and the compilation of weekly and monthly managementÿreports.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRecognize the impact risks & opportunities will have on the Estimate at Completion date.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUpdate monthly progress on the client project level schedules.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintaining good communications and relations with other project function groups.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that well-defined, complete project programs are produced and maintained inÿassociation with all project team membersÿearly warning awareness to Project Senior Planner/Project Control Manager of any varianceÿfrom agreed schedule.
