Role & Responsibilities: ÿúDetailed knowledge and ability to operate Project Planning packages.úProvide planning assistance to the Senior Project Planning service forÿnominated project including:ÿEngage with the leads/managers of engineering, procurement and construction.úObtainÿdeliverables based schedules and integrate them with the Project Schedule.ÿúAssist with review all appropriate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and siteÿconstruction levelúProvide planning assistance in the development of project specification.úAssist in the collation of data and the compilation of weekly and monthly managementÿreports.ÿúRecognize the impact risks & opportunities will have on the Estimate at Completion date.ÿúUpdate monthly progress on the client project level schedules.ÿúMaintaining good communications and relations with other project function groups.ÿúEnsure that well-defined, complete project programs are produced and maintained inÿassociation with all project team membersÿearly warning awareness to Project Senior Planner/Project Control Manager of any varianceÿfrom agreed schedule.
