Maximizing internal layouts, most cost effective design and must be a future proof design ? work to be completed in 2019.Building Management System & Integrated Workplace Management SystemsUpgrading the day to day operation of the Facilities Management and Building Management function.Project Management ConsultancyClient will run a separate RFP for this requirement to support the project manager in the evaluation of bids from the various projects as stated.Fire EngineeringManaging the consultancy services for a complete overview of the fire detection and fighting system; which shall be designed and installed by the Fit Out Contractor.Expected to advise on the local conditions, design of the Project, issuance of the relevant certificates for building occupation, integrating with the design team/vendor to ensure the design meets the local ROP Fire Regulations and international best practices. Including managing post contracts, site inspections, testing & commissioning.
