Work Experience 5+ years Salary As per Qualification and Experience. Basic Function and Scope: * Stock Availability * Material Master Management Reporting * System Health Tasks and Duties * Processing all Materials Master creation & changes from business focal checking & reviewing them before sending to Shell Business Operations (SBO) for coding in SAP system * Review and update inventory parameters (MRP Group; Material Type; MRP Type; Plant Specific Material Status; Lot Sizes; ROP; Maximum; Tolerance Levels; Batch Management: Critical Indicator; Planned Delivery Time; Shelf Life Etc.) * Review and administer Auto MRP Run * Review all materials failing to meet reservations i.e. (Inventory Service Level (ISL), on monthly basis and take appropriate action to ensure stock availability * Monitor; Investigate for Out of Stock materials and define root causes and work closely with the relevant action parties to close the action * Highlight Priority PRs? to the buyers to ensure materials are replenished in a timely manner * Analyze root causes of Inventory availability issues and provide resolutions. This includes out of stock situations and material master?s data inaccuracies * Monitor repairable items that are out of stock or in broken * Run planned orders for emergency procurement based on approval from Team lead or Materials Manager * Identify and address stocks that are slow moving, dormant and obsolete twice a year * Support Warehouse to clear blocked stocks * Propose stock levels changes based Theoretical empirical formulas for Inventory Management (SS; ROP; Max & EOQ) at minimum once a year for each material * Lead stock optimization review exercises (ROP & Max Levels) with the business, ensuring optimum stock levels for each material is reviewed at least once per year * Support Annual Stock Verification exercises * Run Inventory Management KPIs? (Key Performance Indicators) and update * Management on a weekly/monthly basis * Identify and work on closing aging PRs; Reservations and POs? on monthly basis * Raise requests for any additional enhancements in SAP based on approval from line manager * Review and update Lead Times based on actual performance and supplier input at least once a year * Conduct data analysis of FSN and ABC Requirements* Technical Diploma (3year course) or engineering degree * Minimum years?5 experience in Inventory analysis in the petrochemical industry with training in warehousing systems. * Training in Computer skills and PC skills with good MS office and SAP Good knowledge of English is required * Must have Experience in Warehouse. * Analytical Skills Benefits As per Qualification and Experience.
