Key Activities:

Supervises, monitors and coordinates the activities of MNE Contractors, FOC Projects and Special Projects
Supervises/participates in Acceptance Test (Physical & Electrical/Optical)
Analyses progress schedule performance and variances from the scope of work implemented
Verifies and certifies as-built drawings and BOQ
Recommends measures to improve project implementation
Imparts on the job training to newly recruited staff in the team.
Attends to Customer Services/Queries with regards to MNE implementation
Monitors and prepares weekly and monthly report regarding Contractor?s performance and the job Progress.
Supervises and monitors the cutover activities and updating TIMS records.
