Follow up with the operations team to make sure the boat/car are clean and ready to use at least 30 minutes before the intended trip.
Greet guests as they arrive, makes a great first impression, and helps them with all the tour information and related tours and local area information.
When required, to accompany guests on sea or land tours and provide assistance and communicate and manage guests expectations.
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.
Act as a spokesperson for the organization at Muscat Bay beach.
Respond to bookings and pricing inquiries, and supply information and quotes.
Respond to guests questions about bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
Follow up with guests after the trip to increase the number of positive feedbacks and ensure and concerns are eliminated from future bookings.
