Oversees and manages operational bus availability to ensure their continuous availability for any operational requirements.2. Manages a pool of emergency buses and deploys an emergency bus whenever required.3. Oversees any new requests for supply chain depending on the demand requirements and follows up on pending requisitions.4. Manages buses to respective bus driver and prepares all relevent documents and formalities.5. Oversees eMushrif Hardware Health and reports any issues in the hardware to the relevant workshop team.6. Oversees the bus ODO Meter and scheduled maintenance dates to ensure buses are available for major/ minor maintenance on timely manner.7. Coordinates with the workshop for any required corrective maintenance.8. Manages fuel consumption of buses and coordinates with the finance and accounts team to complete the payments of the fuel consumption.9. Solves any abnormalities in bus fuel consumption and reports it to the relevant team.10. Manages any traffic fines on the buses and relays to finance and trip monitoring for deducting the payment from the respective driver.11. Oversees all quality assurance requirements at all times and implements any suggested improvements by the QA.12 .Reports bus occupancy on bi-weekly basis.13. Reports monthly route optimizer report and highlights any issues or major finding/ modification within it.
