1. Must have extensive experience in financial management of relevant Industry (automotive)2. Must have extensive experience and knowledge that encompass inventory and debt management/credit control.3. Must have managed banking relationships for negotiating working capital, term loans trade finance etc.4. Must have experience in business turnaround5. Must have experience financial overhaul6. Must have experience in restructuring of debts7.
