Reporting to Field Superintendent, will monitor the Pipeline and Static Equipment installations to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and with the project objectives, safety, quality, productivity, schedule and cost. ? Supervise the installation including Lifting work & installation detail. ? The Supervisor will review and approve all on plot fabrication / erection works with respect to the approved procedures and drawings for the project. He will inspect daily the fabrication and erection works of Piping works at stations. ? Review and verify project specifications, installation procedure, ITP, method statement drawings before start of work / activities. ? Responsible for pre-install and alignment check, tag weld pad, lift-up equipment, seal weld pad, install back equipment. Alignment check, level check, center check, plumbness, coupling alignment, gap check, bolt torque and manage Punch List issue. ? Supervise Mechanical Contractors during the execution of construction activities at construction site. ? Participate in reviewing method statements, material requisitions, and etc. ? Supervise and approve construction activities. ? Issue Material issue vouchers allowing contractors to collect the material from inventory store. ? Report progress on the activities, versus the contractors programs, and advice of any potential slippages. ? Review and comment on the contractors planning related to Piping activities. ? Carryout daily checks on contractor?s staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with the project schedule. ? Handle all aspects of Piping / Mechanical / Pipeline Construction activities. ? Good knowledge in reading and understanding Isometrics. ? Good knowledge in reading under understanding P&IDs and Equipment related General arrangement drawings. ? Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions. ? Ensures that the project construction work is carried out as per the assigned schedule and resolves all the construction problems on the spot, so as to improve the productivity. ? Participate In development of as-built drawings/documentation. ? Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to end user. ? Accountable for supervising contractor?s work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems, and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing CCED safety standards on the work ? Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters. ? Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters.
