Pilates Reformer PositionResponsibilities:• Design and lead Pilates classes that cater to participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.• Instruct clients on proper techniques, form, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and effectiveworkout.• Provide individualized attention and modifications to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.• Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing movements correctly.• Create a positive and supportive environment during classes, encouraging clients to challenge themselveswhile maintaining proper technique and alignment.• Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to promote overall strength, flexibility, andbalance.• Educate clients about the benefits of Pilates and how it can contribute to their overall health and wellbeing.• Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field to integrate new techniques and exercisesinto classes.• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained andfunctioning.• Communicate with clients to understand their fitness goals and track their progress throughout theirPilates journey.Requirements:• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching group or private classes.• Certified Pilates Instructor with a reputable Pilates certification (e.g., Pilates Method Alliance (PMA),Balanced Body, Stott Pilates, Lagree, or equivalent).• Proven experience leading group classes, with a strong understanding of various techniques andprinciples.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and provideconstructive feedback.• A passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a class effectively while catering to the needs ofmultiple participants.• Ability to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate clients and foster a sense ofcommunity within the studio.• CPR certification is preferred.Studio:• Reformer room• Mat/Yoga/Barre room• Personal Training room (2 machines so someone can bring a friend)• Cafe with balcony• Physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage room• Shower/dressing room/locker room• Right by the sea - sea viewsPackage:• Complimentary recruitment flight• Complimentary flight home yearly• Medical insurance• Commission 20% PT• 3000 USD basic monthly salary• Accommodation• Continuous training and education coursesStart Date:• ASAP Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the well-known clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions.
