Job Responsibilities:1.Perform setup, run execution, and shutdown procedures in compliance to theextrusion manufacturing systems requirements.2. Achieving flux dry and wet cake by following proper mixing ratios and recommendationby the flux designed and or company technical team.3. Verify preparations, production and packing processes are within the acceptedmanufacturing tolerances and specifications.4. Perform in-process quality testing using but not limited to: micrometers, rulers,concentricity tester and microscopes.5. Requires, capable and manage manual handling and lifting of equipment up to 20 kg.6. Performs in process inspection for routine, preventive and essential breakdownsdefects per procedure.7. Performs autonomous maintenance and housekeeping and all times.8. Enters data to close work orders, enter footage, enter scrap and reconcile raw materialin inspection forms provided.9. Responsible for drawing steel wires to required diameters for day production.10. Responsible for managing flux mixing operations.11. Responsible for baking of the finished electrode by maintaining required temperatureand times.12. Enter and help solve suggestion cards13. Participate in improvements suggestion and proposed suitable solutions, kaizenevents and problem solving activities14. Maintain hour by hour board-escalate and communicate issues when necessary15. Maintain shop floor data collection system16. Ability to cross train on multiple production lines17. Assists in the training of other associates on an as needed basis.18. Ensures proper cleanliness of equipment and immediate area in accordance withcompany housekeeping, safety, and environmental, and lean manufacturingguidelines.19. Participates in departmental safety programs to include adhering to all EH&S policiesand procedures, reporting and/or addressing potentially unsafe conditions, andparticipation in accident root cause & corrective action as needed.20. Participates in lean manufacturing activities on an as needed basis.21. Perform other duties as needed or assigned, readiness to perform other companyrelated works if asked
