Job Title Engineer - Technical Records.Prod Planning and Control - Engineering Educational Qualifications Engineering degree with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in an airline maintenance/mechanical. Or Aircraft maintenance license with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in an airline maintenance. Or Engineering Diploma from a recognized institute with 4 years of relevant experience preferably in airline maintenance. Skills/Knowledge - Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written) - Proficiency in MS Office - Time Managment and planning skills - High document organizational skills Experience Required As mentioned in Educational Qualifications Job Location Muscat 1- Update and Monitor Removal/Installation of Aircraft, Engines, APU and Components. 2- Prepare and update complied AD, SB and EO reports carried out on Aircrafts & engines or components. 3- Review and Validate Aircraft time and cycle data/utilization. 4- Aircraft technical log pages vetting and ensure all data (defects, parts replacements, etc) are transferred to engineering system AMOS. 5- Records review of all work orders and revert to maintenance for any discrepancies. 6- Build-up / Update Engine, APU & Landing Gear life Limited Parts back-to-birth Traceability. 7- Review and file Aircraft work packages (light and heavy checks, out of phase items and modifications). 8- Prepare / Review Aircraft and Engine redelivery documents for A/C redelivery to Lessor (Summary Status List such as Aircrafts and Engine AD/SB/EO, LLP Sheet, LLP Traceability, on condition components status list and release certificates) 9- Prepare, Consolidate & Validate Technical Documents for Audits by QA, PACA and other audit bodies. 10- Carry out configuration integrity check for each aircraft by reporting discrepancies of the actual tree configuration compared to the reference tree and ensure correction of all discrepancies. 11- Follow all Oman Air & Oman CAA requirements in particular to CAR-M and CAR 145 and propose amendments as required. 12- Prepare the package for the renewal of certificate of airworthiness for review. 13- Prepare the package for the renewal of certificate of maintenance review for signatory review every 6 months. 14- Provide information related to serviceable components, which is required by repair agencies, for warranty claims, returning of loaned/leased items, etc. 15- Generate monthly aircrafts and components utilization reports as per the company requirements for the lessors and other internal departments. 16- Attend mid-term lessor audits record check list requirements, and ensure closure of all finding and observation raised. 17- Assist as and when needed to other relevant Technical Records requirements that arises. And operational requirements that sometime might be out of normal working hours.
