The hotel will also benefit from five food and beverage outlets, with majority offering outdoor seating overlooking the invigorating wetland.As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for responding to guests? needs and resolving related problems, checking all correspondence for guest arrival dates ensuring all requests are met, analyzing and approving discounts and rebates, promoting in-house facilities sales, and monitoring appropriate standards of conduct, uniform and appearance of the front of house staff.? Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields? Minimum of 4 years? experience in Hotel environment with Front Office supervisory experience?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Ability to understand and generate a variety of financial reports
