The position is incumbent, represents hotel management, when dealing with all operational and guest service issues related to the Food and Beverage Division.Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or reliable trade qualification of similar capacity.
  • 2-3 years in a similar F&B management role in a luxury brand.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Food and Beverage management level (Director preferred) position.
  • Experience?working in a luxury brand in GCC would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
  • Able to manage diverse operations with a multicultural team.
  • Creativity and innovation in Food and Beverage concepts and operations
  • Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Strong personality who fosters good team working relations with pleasant personality.
  • Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people?s person and very service oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
