Job Description

Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents Technical and Commercial. Prepare the tender commercial evaluation and prepare a response time for the same. Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the non-compliance if any. Estimate the Tender Bond / Performance Bond and liaise with Finance Department for its arrangement as per the requirements of the tender. Liaise with Insurance, QHSE, HR, Operation and Finance Departments to ascertain compliance and incorporate the data obtained in the commercial evaluation, commercial and technical proposal. Arrange meeting with the Operation and HR Departments to develop project operational plan, manpower mobilization and best approaches to undertake the project. Attend the Technical Clarification meetings and Site Visits scheduled by the clients and prepare a formal response. Effectively organize and ensure that mobilization of required resources is carried on smoothly within the period set out in the tender upon the contract award. Review the clauses of Contracts, involve in the Contract Negotiations, provide inputs, advice & discuss with the management for the possible solutions to the commercial issues. Initiate and update Online / Offline Registration of the Company and prepare the documents, obtain relevant information for the Pre-qualification. Ensure appropriate relations, communications and correspondence with Corporate Clients. Advice the team regarding the pricing, costing, and the technical requirements. Check and verify requirement specifications and ensure that supplies would meet the best standards in terms of time, quality, cost, terms of payments and are within the budget in an efficient manner. Obtain quotations from Suppliers and negotiate for getting the best competitive prices and secure best terms. Analyze and update Suppliers related data. Evaluate & prequalify Existing and New Suppliers and register them to appear in the Approved Vendor List. Raise SNCR (Suppliers Non-Conformance Report) in case of any non-compliance. Prepare and maintain proper filing system for each task in accordance with the requirement of Quality Standards. Coordinate and prepare contract terms and conditions for the requested services. Coordinate and work closely to manage all activities related to bidding process. Participate & Coordinate Kick Off Meeting with the awarded contractor, establish deliverables for the contractors to be ready to fulfil the contract requirements. Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators for contracting. Maintain computer records of contract information and update all involved parties and stakeholders with current status of contracts and expectations of completion. Follow-up with sales department, projects to ensure adequate quality services. Should be expert in costing, marketing study and analysis. Liaise with planning department for industry budget estimate. Achieve monthly revenue targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
