Act as a technical engineering leader in manufacturing processes
Responsible for and execute all aspects operations (manufacturing, process, systems, quality, HSE, etc.)
Leading the product strategy from concept to execution.
Responsible for concentrate manufacturing process development, trial production, product approval, trouble shooting, etc
Sourcing raw material for the most competitive products.
Identify opportunities for plant effectiveness and efficiency improvement related to method of manufacturing.
Provides technical support to ensure that process operations in the facility perform in a safe, predictable, and consistent manner, and are in keeping with safety, environmental, and economic concerns in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Provide general assistance trouble shooting for day-to-day issues in the chemical handling area.
Develop and provide training on process operating documents for production in cooperation with other departments, vendors, and/or customers.
Provide process engineering, chemical/chemistry support, and detailed know-how.
Provide and develop training for manufacturing team.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and other quick reference material as needed.
