Change Management ConsultantMuscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman Change Management ConsultantAbout the job Change Management Consultant (includes but not limited to):* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.* Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) to identify key impacts, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.* Develop a Change Management strategy based on change history. Scope and the groups being impacted by change.* Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.* Conduct change readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.* Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans ? including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.* Support the execution of plans by engaging impacted stakeholders.Experience / Eligibility:* Bachelor?s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in Human resources / General Management / Organization Behavior area preferred.* Experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple tools and techniques.* Candidates should have minimum of 8 years work experience.* 4+ years of experience in Change Management related projects is required.* Familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools and methodologies.
