Managing the sales teams to ensure that each team member delivers on expected performance levels. Facilitating and supporting team members to improve their performance.
Devise strategies- immediate, mid-term and long term after taking into consideration all relevant variables so that departmental growth and qualitative objectives are met/ exceeded.
Ensuring that offers being made to customers are in accordance with company?s policies on margins and profits.
Interacting with key customers at senior levels, creating relationships and networking for business.
Identifying new opportunities and brands for addition to existing business.
Developing & motivating the team towards company goals.
Understanding internal business process, regulations and documentary compliances of the company.
Co-ordination with all other functions including supply chain, finance.
Regular quality & KPI reporting on business to top-management.
