To be responsible for leading changes in business processes and systems to meet the business ?needs through analyzing business processes, workflows and partnering effectively with all levels ?in the organizations to proactively identify and resolve problems. In addition, the scope includes ?identifying and creating process automation solutions (such as using VBA, Power Query and ?Power BI.?Duties &Responsibilities:? * Build and evaluate business advancement processes.* Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes* Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management* Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities.* Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations.* Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals.* Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources.* Provide detailed reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.* Create automated reports and dashboards, provide tools that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks ?Education & Experience* Bachelors degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar. * 6+ years? experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects. * Bachelors degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar.??Skills & Competencies:? * Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Outstanding communication and presentation skills * Critical thinker * Creative problem solver * Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows * Data-driven approach * Good command on VBA, Power Query and Power BI and similar tools.
