Job Title Accountant - Revenue Accounting Center.Revenue Accounting Center Educational Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in any discipline preferably in Finance/Accounting, Two years college Diploma in business studies. (Accounting, Finance, Statistics) Or Third Secondary Certificate with 8 years of relevant work experience. IATA certificate in Revenue Accounting will be an advantage. Skills/Knowledge - Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing) with Communication skills - Proficiency in MS office Experience Required As mentioned in Educational Qualifications Job Location Muscat 1. Downloading of files from SABRE, BSP and ARC. 2. General Sales Agent (GSA)-Area Office Invoice Generation. 3. Debit-Credit Memo (ADM - ACM) processing. 4. Tracking of sales and billing cycle processing. 5. Capture of sales-Flown data. 6. Interface of flown transactions from CRS 7. Manual entry of flown transactions 8. Flight Packet monitoring 9. Generation and Accounting of Revenue Adjustments due to re-routings 10. Generation of Airline Invoices as per IATA format 11. Generation of IATA Web Files (IDEC, Supporting Documents and XML files) 12. Generation of separate AR file for both ICH and Non-ICH customers for loading in ERP 13. Inward Billing Capture-Processing without Master Data 14. Manual Entry of Inward Billing invoices 15. Generate outward billing invoices for rejections 16. Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
