Grade Level: L1Location: MultanLast date to apply: 7th March 2024What is Sales Operations Executive?As a Sales Operations Executive, you play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing various operational tasks, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance overall sales performance.What does Sales Operations Executive do?Franchise Onboarding/Offboarding:

  • End to End handling in Franchise Documentation (Induction, COO, Suspension, Termination)
  • Execute Franchise Final Settlements of resigned and terminated franchises, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
  • POC for processing franchise warning letters over portal.
  • Ensure appropriate/sufficient stock issuance against assigned targets to newly onboarded franchise.
BVS Operations:
  • POC for new BVS devices & dermolog issuance.
  • BVS reporting and monitoring to identify grey areas of BVS footprint.
  • Supervision of reconciliation of BVS devices with HO, channel & Vendors for NWL & underutilized devices.
  • Maintain BVS record and entertain all BVS whitelisting requests as per company SOPs.
  • Perform regular analyses of retailers whitelisting, identifying and flagging any anomalies.
  • Monitor and highlight suspicious activities of BVS retailers to proactively curb potentially fraudulent sales.
  • Handling BVS repairing issues by involving HO & vendor.
  • POC for all queries related to Jazz Point.
Franchise Credit Management:
  • Oversaw Credit Management includes Credit Issuance & Recovery for franchises channel during weekly and gazetted holidays to support the channel & ensure business continuity on grounds.
  • Managed Franchise Security Cheques & Credit Guarantee Cheques Activities, ensuring all necessary documentation was properly maintained.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance overall distribution enabler KPIs.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting tools to visualize KPIs and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • End to End BVS productivity analysis.
  • Monitoring Channel Partner activities in relation to company SOPs and ensuring compliance.
  • Custodian of Franchise Data Base in region, data archiving, and data management.
  • Efficiently supports in running ad-hoc analysis as and when needed to support Management for decision-making.
Sales Team Operations Support:
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, addressing operational issues and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assisting franchise partners in addressing and resolving banking-related issues.
  • Work as a liaison between Sales Channel and Head Office for day-to-day sales operations issues
  • POC of front-end sales teams & Franchise staff regarding sales operations queries & troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and communicate up to date information to sales teams and franchises regarding new processes.
  • Provide back-end support in franchise related operations such as complaint lodging, escalation, balance reversals etc.
  • Coordinating HO regarding Sims stock allocation and ensure sufficient stock is available to full fill the regional requirement.
  • EFICs orders issuance & sims stock movement.
  • New EVC retailers? creation in system.
  • Entertaining EVC retailers tagging and de-tagging request in system.
Projects & Process Optimization:
  • Developed comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational objectives, to ensure successful implementation of special initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to streamline reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Facilitated seamless coordination among cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment for the successful execution of projects outlined in the job descriptions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, bridging communication gaps between departments to drive a unified approach to sales operations.
  • Backup role for DFS operations & reporting.
