To shape our future we need the best, most hardworking, most forward-looking talent in the global job market.YOUR DAY TO DAY:?Contribute to the achievement of annual sales target and plans through developing, proposing and executing Zonal Sales strategies and objectives in terms of shipment volume, in market sales targets, share of market.?Contribute to the elaboration of the sales long range plan in order to provide an adequate framework for long-term growth in the area?Lead, guide, motivate and develop Zonal Field Sales team by setting a clear vision in terms of objectives and roles to ensure efficient delivery of Zonal objectives?Lead continuous people development programs resulting in net export of talent for the organization and internal promotion.?Ensure efficient implementation of Business plans and cycle activities through Field Sales Force and breaking down Zonal objectives at regional level in term of volume targets, share of market etc.?Review Zonal Sales volume and share of market performance, Sales Cycle Plan activities and other key sales indicators to measure performance against plan for continuous improvement and effectiveness?Plan (IME & DME) budgets for Zone and at regional level and its effective utilization?Maintain a thorough understanding of the major Legal and/or corporate issues which impact or may impact the tobacco industry and/or business in the area in order to translate such issues into sales terms and direct the implementation of new strategies, plans or programs that may arise from there?Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities to comply with PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws, PMI COC and Marketing Code.?Be proactive based on market information, competitor intelligence to capitalize on business development opportunities and way forwardWHO WERE LOOKING FOR:WORK EXPERIENCE?12-15 years of experience with at least 10 years in field sales force.
