Job Description

This position plays a supportive role in ensuring a close follow up on development and deployment of the application of Lean principles as part of the Way of Working (WoW) that is delivering high impact change management and targeted improvements in both organizational and operational effectiveness across the involved locations.In this role you will be critical for the follow up and delivery of requests related to the Special programs within WOW scope, evaluating data quality, visualizing progress, testing tools and experiments together with WOW Program specialist and internal and external parties. • Ensure the program timelines are followed through
• Support internal and external program requests like data, visits preparation, communication with operations stakeholders
• Clearly visualize the upcoming milestone deadlines
• Partner with terminal stakeholders and involved team members on program objectives delivery
• Keep internal and external stakeholders updated
• Ensure alignment across terminal initiatives whilst addressing potential overlaps and interdependencies
• Clearly Visualize deviations of program requests, time lines and testing
• Track operational Indicators impacted by the program
• Escalate shortages of resources or any obstacles
• Clearly visualize program/Tasks delivery risks

• Bachelor/University degree/Master?s degree
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, presentation & facilitation skills
• Understands the application of Lean tools in terminal processes
• Excellent Excel, Power point and other Office Package skills like BI (Preferably)
• Familiar with applying project management tools and software

• Good analytical skills and ability to collect, structure and analyse data
• Ability of driving value out of project management tools
• High quality awareness and able to work with constant care
